The Freddie Ford Family Foundation allows users to create a profile and we accept personal information including but not limited to names, addresses, and credit card information specifically for fundraising purposes. This information may be used for marketing purposes within our organization but will never be sold to or shared with any third party. We may also use your information to raise autism awareness. We do not use your information for any reason outside of our stated mission.

The Freddie Ford Family Foundation takes reasonable efforts to secure and protect the privacy, accuracy, and reliability of your personal information and protect it from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss. The Foundation implements appropriate security measures consistent with industry standards.

The Foundation is a nonprofit registered in the State of Missouri and as such subject to all applicable laws in Missouri as well as Federal laws.

We do not condone any discriminatory language or comments in our forum or in private profiles. We reserve the right to remove any biased, discriminatory or hateful language or comments from our site. Termination
The Foundation may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Foundation profile or account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. The Foundation can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
